Position purpose
This role will be accountable for the integration activities across all APM integrations within the United States of America. Sitting across all integration workstreams this role will ensure successful off-boarding of TSAs, standing up new target operating models and culturally integrating inbound entities to realize maximum the commercial benefits are achieved for each acquisition.

Customer/stakeholder satisfaction - Results of the post implementation review and employee survey Feedback from key stakeholders (APM + inbound entity)
Financial- Successful delivery of financial targets set out for each integration:
Synergy targets
Off-boarding TSAs in line with contractual timeframes – to ensure no TSA extension costs are incurred
Delivery of project within budget(s)
Identification of any growth opportunities for the target entity throughout integration
Operational Performance - Constantly identify and mitigate against any commercial risks to APM and the target entity
Ensure the integration principles are upheld throughout all stage of the program
Act as a conduit to connect SME’s across APM and the new entity – identifying key relationships to forge with any opportunities for knowledge / expertise to be shared
Confidentiality- Be a trusted partner, with an ability to exercise discretion
Working within the known audiences to develop and execute the target operating model
Ensure the confidentiality remains where required between APM Brand’s
Core responsibilities
Integration Planning -Working with relevant stakeholders including Group Executives, US Business Leaders, Target Executives and SMEs, Workstream SMEs and External Advisors to:
Develop the integration scope, plan and allocate the resources (time, money, equipment, personnel etc.) required to successfully deliver the program
In conjunction with the IMO Planning and Program Lead, develop the detailed plan across all workstreams
Ensure the integration plan aligns with the commercial needs of the target and existing entities
Integration Execution- Be the conduit that creates connection across the integration workstreams and removes any silos that reduce the effectiveness of the program
Business Leaders are supported throughout the integration program with relevant advice and guidance
Effective change and communications documentation provided to meet the needs of the business and constantly set clear expectations
Establish and maintain a culture of accountability and communication across the program
Ensure key stakeholders receive regular updates.
Be the conduit that creates collaboration and alignment across the workstreams
Accountable for transitioning off TSA milestones within the contractual timeframes
IMO Reporting- Robust reporting submitted into the IMO reporting methodology on a monthly basis, and adhoc has required
Track workstream progress and identify any opportunities, risks and mitigation strategies required
Stakeholder Management- Escalation of issues requiring attention to senior management for resolution
Regular liaison with relevant Senior leaders, sharing portfolio knowledge and identifying potential business improvements
Ensure effective relationships are maintained with all key stakeholders
Continuous Improvement -Work to continually improve organizational systems and processes to maximise employee efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity to deliver quality outcomes
Actively contribute to this process of continual improvement by always seeking better ways to support and assist colleagues and customers
Capabilities and Demonstrated Experience
5 years required experience with successfully delivering M&A integration projects
5 years required experience managing programs with all facets of corporate disciplines (HR / IT / Finance / Marketing / Property / Risk)
1-3 years of supervisory experience
Microsoft Office suite of programs
Relevant applied industry experience
Skills and Attributes
