• Check orders before delivery to ensure that the correct products have been made
• Utilize our point of sale system and the accompanying phone app, to assign deliveries and inform customer of expected delivery time
• Transport items to customers at their desired locations.
• Manage cash and card payments upon delivery, as needed.
• Adhering to road and traffic regulations.
• Remaining up-to-date with the restaurants promotions, and informing customers of these accordingly.
• Anticipating and responding to customers queries and complaints.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license for the area in which you will be working.
• Ability to provide proof of current car insurance
• Friendly, service-oriented disposition.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
