GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE (GPN) FOR YEAR 2018 (TETFUND) ZONAL INTERVENTION PROJECT.
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
The management of The Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, hereby issues the General Procurement Notice (GPN) to inform eligible Contractors, Suppliers, Vendors and the general public that the Polytechnic is to undertake Procurement of Goods under the Year 2018 TETFund Zonal Intervention Project mentioned below:
(2.0) SCOPE OF WORK/SUPPLY
Procurement and installation of equipment for upgrade of ICT Centre and 1 no. Toyota Hilux.
(3.0) Interested and eligible Contractors, suppliers and Vendors are advised to look out for the Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) for the project in the National Dailies, Federal Tenders Journals and Notice Boards depending on the threshold of the project.
(4.0) This Advertisement is NOT an invitation to tender.
(5.0) Note that the bid document would be evaluated on responsiveness to criteria including but not limited to;
(a) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC2 and CAC7;
(b) Provision of declaration of Annual returns with the Corporate Affairs Commission
( c) Evidence of company Income’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December, 2020.
( d) Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate. (PENCOM) valid till 31st December, 2020;
( e) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate, valid till 31st December, 2020;
( f) Evidence of Current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2020;
(g) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultant and Services Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 30/06/2020 or valid certificate issued by BPP;
(h) Company’s Audited Account for the last three (3) years; 2017,2018 and 2019. Documents submitted may be submitted to due diligence without recourse to bidders.
(6.0) The Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State reserves the right to invoke the provision of Section 28 of the Procurement Act (PPA) 2007 on matters regarding these procurements without incurring any liability to bidders.
