We are seeking a dynamic Client Executive to drive revenue growth and establish Intelligent Medical Objects as a leader in data quality within the Healthcare Industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for penetrating large, complex healthcare organizations, identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers, and executing sales plans and processes to expand the footprint of IMO's clinical terminology and data insights SaaS offerings. You will demonstrate a "roll up your sleeves" attitude, doing whatever it takes to achieve sales targets and get the job done.

To be successful in this role, you will bring a proven track record of sales success, preferably representing SaaS product offerings to large hospitals and hospital systems. You will have expertise in a needs-based/consultative approach to selling and experience constructing unique value propositions and deals by aligning the client's requirements to the products and services of Intelligent Medical Objects.

What You’ll Do
• Meet/exceed sales targets for our clinical terminology and analytics software offerings and services to our existing client base (I.e. hospital systems/groups, large IDN's, etc.)
• Manage all aspects of the solution sales process to identify new opportunities based upon understanding client needs and fit with IMO’s capabilities and move them from opportunity identification through evaluation, technical review, proposal, and negotiate to closure
• Deliver compelling presentations demonstrating solution fit, differentiation, and value
• Work collaboratively with other internal departments, such as Client Services for growth opportunities, product for client feedback and product enhancements, and delivery to ensure a seamless implementation
• Solicit customer feedback and proactively address solution utilization and value
• Maintain accurate account and opportunity information in SalesForce.com including timely updates to opportunity pipeline and monthly forecast
• Represent IMO as a thought leader in the Healthcare IT markets, attending industry groups and conferences, while providing critical market perspective, trends insight, and feedback to IMO leadership

What You'll Need
• 7+ years of enterprise-level sales or business development experience selling SaaS solutions (deal sizes $50K ACV-$300K ACV)
• Proven sales experience in targeting, developing leads, building pipelines, creating proposals, and closing accounts to drive subscription revenue streams
• Adept ability to create strong customer relationships and leverage them for cross-selling opportunities, with expert sales process management skills
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels, including C-level leadership
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, and recommendations and drive actions
• Working knowledge/proficiency using Salesforce
