GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE (GPN) FOR YEAR 2018 TETFUND ZONAL INTERVENTION PROJECT
INTRODUCTION
The Shehu Shagari College of Education, Sokoto, Sokoto State hereby issues the General Procurement Notice to inform eligible Contractors, Suppliers, Vendors and the General Public that the College is to undertake the procurement of Works and Goods under the 2018 TETFund Zonal Intervention Project in the following areas:
WORKS/GOODS:
Lot 1: Construction of Block of Academic Staff Offices
(1) Interested and eligible Contractors, Suppliers and Vendors are advised to lookout for the Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) for the projects and goods mentioned above in the National Dailies and Notice Boards depending on the threshold of each project.
(2) The Advertisement is NOT an invitation to tender.
(3) Note that the bid documents would be evaluated on responsiveness to criteria including but not limited to:
(i) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Forms CAC2 and CAC7;
(ii) Evidence of Company Income’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December, 2019;
(iii) Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2019;
(iv) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2019;
(v) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2019;
(vii) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/1/2020 or valid Certificate issued by BPP.
(vii) Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years – 2016,2017,2018 Documents submitted may be subjected to the due diligence without recourse to bidders.
(4) The Shehu Shagari College of Education, Sokoto, Sokoto State reserves the right to invoke the provision of Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007 on matters regarding these procurement without incurring any liability to the bidder.
