GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE (GPN) FOR YEAR 2018 TETFUND ZONAL INTERVENTION PROJECT
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
The Umar Ibn EI-Kanemi College of Education, Science and Technology, Bama, Borno State, hereby issues General Procurement Notice to inform eligible Contractors, Suppliers, Vendors and the General Public that the College is to undertake the procurement of works and goods under the Year 2018 TETFUND Zonal Intervention Project.

Supply and Delivery of 1Nr 2018 Brand New 18 Seater Toyota Bus
Lot 3
Supply and Delivery of One Hilux Double Cabin 4×4 Runner with Accessories

Supply and Installation of 1Nr 100KVA Sound-proof Generator
(3.0) Interested and eligible contractors, Suppliers and Vendors are advised to look out for the Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) for the various goods and work mentioned above in Federal Tenders Journal, National Dailies and Notice Boards.
The advisement is not an invitation to tender.
Note that the bid document will be evaluated on the responsiveness to the criteria including but not limited to: Evidence of Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Registration. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate. Evidence of compliance with Pension Fund – PENCOM. Evidence of compliance with the National Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF). Evidence of registration on the National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by BPP or a copy of Interim Registration Report (RRR) as evidence of compliance with the requirement. Documents submitted may be subjected for Due Diligence without recourse to Bidders.
The Umar Ibn El-Kanemi College of Education, Science and Technology, Bama, Borno State reserves the right to invoke the provision of Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007 regarding these procurements without incurring any liability from the bidder.
