GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE (GPN) FOR YEAR 2017 TETFUND ZONAL INTERVENTION PROJECT
INTRODUCTION:
The Umar Ibn El-Kanemi College of Education, Science and Technology, Bama, Borno State hereby issues the General Procurement Notice to inform eligible Contractors, Suppliers, Vendors and the General Public that the College is to undertake the procurement of Works and Goods under the 2017 TETFund Zonal Intervention Project in the following areas:
WORKS/GOODS:
Lot 1
Procurement and Installation of 400 Nr. Collapsible Double Lecture Seat Made of Polished Blinded Plywood and Heavy Gauge Metal.
Lot 2
Procurement and Delivery of 1 Nr. Ambulance Vehicle
(1) Interested and eligible Contractors, Suppliers and Vendors are advised to lookout for the Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) for the various goods and work mentioned above in the National Dailies and Notice Boards depending on the threshold of each project.
(2) The Advertisement is NOT an invitation to tender.
(3) Note that the bid documents would be evaluated on responsiveness to criteria including but not limited to: Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Company’s Audited Accounts for 3 years, Company Income Tax (CIT) for 3 years, Compliance Certificate from Pension Commission (PENCOM), Compliance Certificate from Industrial Training Fund (ITF), Compliance Certificate from Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSTIF), Evidence of Financial Capability, Interim Registration Report (IRR) or Certificate issued by the Bureau of Public Procurement. Documents submitted may be subjected for due diligence without recourse to bidders.
(4) The Umar Ibn El-Kanemi College of Education, Science and Technology, Bama, Borno State also reserves the right to invoke the provision of Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007 on matters regarding these procurements without incurring any liability to the bidder.
