OBJECTIVE

Collaborate with other DLV departments on development and analysis of projects and messaging data to support day-to-day operations and process improvements to maximize revenue production, cost savings, process efficiency, and customer experience. Assist with maintaining the performance of projects and messaging to ensure a positive customer experience. Assist with integration of new technology through projects and messaging development, enhancements, and improvement efforts as needed by expanding the customer channel of choice.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Develop, implement, and analyze reporting of projects and messaging data for departments at the Customer Engagement Center.
• Participate in and lead cross-functional efforts to implement projects and messaging process efficiencies, both technical and procedural.
• Create, write, and distribute various types of project documentation, including but not limited to, Business Requirements, Use Cases, Statement of Work documents, training program and technical enhancements, and end-user instructional documentation and training.
• Analyze end users data needs and develop user-oriented solutions to interface with existing applications.
• Guide user departments through expectations of the user group during the definition, development, testing and delivery process.
• Provide support to users experiencing messaging related issues and questions.

HIGH ACCOUNTABILITY FUNCTIONS
• Apply business and quantitative skills towards insightful analysis and practical business solutions on projects and messaging related to the Customer Engagement Center performance, both operational and revenue, including customer experience with a focus on development of customer channel of choice.
• Engage various departments across the CEC to improve internal processes, provide long-term value to DLV Vacations, and deliver proactive solutions that support effective management decision-making through the integration of new technology.
• Serve as internal consultant, collaborating with Customer Engagement Center departments to deliver high-quality analytical tools and dashboards aimed at improving CEC performance through the expansion of projects and messaging.
• Create, write, and present analytical findings and recommendations to leaders and participate in discussions by delivering action-oriented solutions in a concise and professional manner.
• Initiate and conduct ad-hoc analyses on projects and messaging issues throughout the CEC as required.
• Work with the various CEC departments, IS Department and other internal DLV departments to diagnose messaging issues and determine and implement solutions.

OTHER DUTIES
• Regularly evaluate processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Attend and participate in meetings that pertain to assigned responsibilities.
• Generate, analyze and distribute reports pertaining to assigned responsibilities.
• Comply with all corporate and departmental policies/procedures and applicable governmental regulations.

DLV Customer Engagement Center Minot, North Dakota

POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE

Full-Time Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend may be required as job duties demand.
