Global Sales Support (GSS) is responsible for providing industry-leading service to Delta's global B2B agency and corporate partners via phone, email, and chat. The Reporting & Analytics team owns reporting and analytics, strategic initiatives and cross-divisional partnerships. The position will be based in Atlanta reporting to the Manager of GSS Strategy, Analytics & Reporting, and Technology.
Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):
• Develop, maintain, and automate useful and actionable reports used across the operation to elevate the customer experience and operational efficiency
• Develop enhanced analytics and reporting to guide Leader and Sales actions in achieving GSS and Sales KPIs
• Create tactical action plans to manage and implement the short- and long-term business plan and strategy for GSS, working cross-functionally across the organization
• Identify opportunities to elevate the B2B customer experience and operational efficiency, leveraging data and customer feedback
• Own GSS data lab and collaborate with Sales analytics teams
• Lead ongoing and ad-hoc reporting leveraging data sources including call statistics, CSAT, RPAD, SFDC, ARC/IATA, and waivers
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three individuals
