We are a Group home Care Facility with several locations; Brooklyn Park, Maple Grove, and Brooklyn Center.
8 Hour Shifts starting at 7am, 3pm, and 11pm and 12 Hour Shifts starting at 7am or 7pm
Nursing Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide Daily Cares and Assist with patient comfort
• Administer medications, provide wound care, and care for other treatment options
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior. Take vital signs.
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
• Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• We are a company that specializes in private duty nursing for complex medical clients on ventilators, traches, feeding tubes and more.
• We are owned and operated by 2 Registered Nurses with ICU and emergency medicine experience.
• We are searching for RN's and LPN's to provide daily cares for the individuals living in our Group Homes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $33.50 - $38.00 per hour
