Job Description:
• All customers are greeted promptly and with a genuine interest in meeting their needs.
• Customers are served with the highest level of customer service in a positive, courteous, and enthusiastic manner.
• Maintains a thorough understanding of the Bank’s services.
• Examines currency in order to detect and remove counterfeits.
• Ensuring that all operating, security and safety procedures are always followed.
• Ensure that all required postings and paperwork are completed correctly in order to provide audit trails.
• Bundles, wraps, and seals were used to count money. Distinguishes between mutilated and worn bills.
• To ensure accurate counting, use a variety of cash management systems.
• Look for any differences or discrepancies in the notes and documents you receive, and bring any unresolved issues to the attention of your supervisor.
• Ensure that customer inquiries and complaints are handled as soon as possible.
• Ensure that reports are delivered on time.
• Follow the policies and principles outlined in the Staff Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Information Security Handbook.
Requirements:
Education
• HND is the bare minimum (upper class).
• Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum grade of 2.2.
Experience
• A minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a financial institution covering a variety of functional areas is required
