GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE (GPN) FOR YEAR 2016 TETFUND ZONAL INTERVENTION 03S1Y/2016 PROJECTS
INTRODUCTION:
The Akwa Ibom State University, Ikot-Akpaden, Akwa Ibom State hereby issues the General Procurement Notice to inform eligible Contractors, Suppliers, Vendors and the General Public that would undertake the procurement of Works and Goods under the year 2016 TETFUND Zonal Intervention 03S1Y/2016 projects in the following areas:
(A) UNIV/IKOT AKPADEN/TETF/ZN/16/01
(Procurements) Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the following:
(i) 100Nr Desktop PC Apple all-in-One Computer iMac 21.5″ 2017 model 2.3ghz core i5 1TB hard drive 8GB Ram with all necessary accessories, IOS relevant software and anti-virus,
(ii) 10Nr Laptop Apple core i5 mf839 series with all other accessories iOS relevant software’s and anti-virus,
(iii) 2 Nr Heavy duty printer HP LaserJet enterprises M608
(iv) 900Nr Meter of trunking cables for networking with associated works and Ditto
(v) 900Nr Meter of Trunking Cables for and Switches.
(B) UNIV/IKOT-AKPADEN/TETF/ZN/ 16/02
(Procurements) Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the following:
(i) 1000Nr Purpose Made Lecture Hall seats (Ref: 112ML),
(ii) 160Nr Purpose made Auditorium Seats (Ref:- 208XCL)and
(iii) 2320Nr flor studs bolt and screw.
(C) UNIV/IKOT-AKPADEN/TETF/ZN/16/03
(Procurements) Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the following:
(i) I Nr Tractor Case JX75(100HP) with vabin ROPS 2WD/4WD Turbocharged and Intercooler Mechanical Injection TIERII Engine with Optional Hydraulic Power shuttle factory fitted front loader up to 4,700kg lift capacity101litre fuel tank capacity,
(ii) I Nr Boom Sprayer JactoCondorito (600lit),
(iii) 1 Nr Planter Baldan 4row planter within dependent row units attached to the tool bar work independently with a
pantographic system to provide a uniform seed and fertilizer distribution with seed plates from all kind of crops
spiral floating system in PVC channel non-corrosive polyethylene hoppers with double disc furrow openers assemblies for seed and fertilizer CAT I and all mounted linkage 15″ independent cotler assemblies Peanut planting kit and
(iv) I Nr Fertilizer Spreader PRECIS (400kg capacity)
(D) UNIV/IKOT-AKPADEN/TETF/ZN/16/04
(Procurements) Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the following:
(i) 3Nr Heavy Duty Printer HP LaserJet enterprises M608
(1) Interested and eligible Contractors, Suppliers and Vendors are advised to lookout for the Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) for the various projects and goods mentioned above in the National Dailies and Notice Boards depending on the threshold of each project.
(2) The Advertisement is NOT an invitation to tender.
(3) Note that the bid documents would be evaluated on responsiveness to criteria including but not limited to:
Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Company
Income Tax (CTT), Compliance Certificate from Pension Commission (PENCOM), Compliance Certificate from Industrial
Training Fund (ITF), Compliance Certificate from Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSTIF), Interim Registration Report
(IRR) in the Bureau for Public Procurement (BPP) National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers.
Documents submitted may be subjected to the diligence without recourse to bidders.
(4) Akwa Ibom State University, Ikot-Akpaden, Akwa Ibom State also reserves the right to involve the provision of Section 23 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007 on matters regarding in those procurements without incurring any liability to the bidder.
