Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for opening and closing of the store.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the store, ensuring that the
store is always kept clean and tidy, products are neatly arranged for an
easy shopping experience for customers, and furniture and fittings are always
in good condition.
• Responsible for Store Branding – i.e make sure sales reps always put
on Smokebox Shirts or caps, encourage customers to post and tag us on
their pages or if the store can tag them, etc.
• Oversee, manage, and direct the daily activities, schedules, and
assignments of all sales executives.
• Ensure the sales executives are punctual and maintain a good
attendance record.
• Responsible for ensuring that financial objectives are met and that
all aspects of the store are running smoothly at all times.
• Responsible for the smooth operation of all store sales (walk-in and
online) and always ensure all sales reps have a very high conversion rate.
• Ensure you constantly market our products and brands that will yield
a high sales conversion rate. i.e Daily content posts on social media
channels, content creation and always making sure all online orders are
attended to asap, etc.
• Responsible for inventory management of the store i.e weekly
inventory count, inventory restocking, and inventory receivable.
• Handling all forms of communication at the store.
• Opening and closure of the Register on VEND: The store register is
to be opened at the opening of the store & closed at the closure of
activities on a daily basis.
• Daily review of VEND invoices prepared by all sales personnel and
make sure there are no errors.
• Ensure all logistics solutions in-store run efficiently i.e dispatch
Logbook & other forms of deliveries to customers/suppliers.
• Conduct market research to identify how we can increase sales.
• Ensure constant growth in customer service i.e customer retention,
& customer experience.
• Preparation of monthly budget and sent to accounts cc MD.
• Any other duty as assigned by the MD.

Requirements:
• Minimum academic qualification of SSCE
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Sales /Marketing.
• Good knowledge of Ms. Office packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent skill in sales and marketing.
• Excellent oral and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and Presentation skills.
• Strong Interpersonal and Customer service skills.
• Excellent product knowledge.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Excellent Analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to listen attentively.
• The candidate should be willing to relocate.
