VACANCY! We need a very competent store/sales manager. Job brief; We are looking for a results driven store/sales manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Requirements/ Expectations! Be familiar with all social media platform and features. Have a good taste of photography. 1-2 years experience in sales and social media management. Have a good english copyright skills. Ability to multitask. Promote items online and offline. Fast learner. Cleaning the store, stocking and merchandising, sales and service, cash register operation, record-keeping and department-specific tasks. Committed, passionate, punctual, a people's person, neat, responsible, diligent and consistent. Powerful leading skills and business orientation. Ability to meet sales target. Customer management skills . Strong organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc). Responsible for all social media handles. Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance. Source for new and trendy products. Bring in new business opportunities and fresh ideas. Be creative and ability to think outside the box. Team player. Developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, . expand store traffic and optimize profitability. Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc. Propose innovative ideas to increase market share. .
