GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE (GPN) FOR YEAR 2015-2018 TETFUND INTERVENTION IN LIBRARY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS AND YEAR 2016-2018 TETFUND IC’T SUPPORT INTERVENTION
INTRODUCTION
The Benue State Polytechnic Ugbokolo, Benue State, hereby issues the General Procurement Notice to inform eligible Contractors, Suppliers, Vendors and the General Public that the College is to undertake Procurement of Works, Goods and Services under the YEAR 2015-2018 TETFUND INTERVENTION IN LIBRARY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS AND YEAR 2016-2018 TETFUND ICT SUPPORT INTERVENTION in the following areas:
THE PROJECTS
2015- 2018 TETFUND INTERVENTION IN LIBRARY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
LOT 1
Procurement of Various Assorted Library Books and Journals
LOT 2
Procurement and Installation of Library Equipment
LOT 3
Procurement and Installation of Library Furniture
2016- 2018 TETFUND ICT SUPPORT INTERVENTION
LOT 4
Provision of Website Development, Extension & Enhancement with Specialized Training of relevant staff on Content Management and Website Administration.
LOT 5
Provision of Training on ICDL to some Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff of the Polytechnic.
(i) Interested and eligible contractors, suppliers and vendors are advised to lookout for specific Procurement notice (SPN) for various projects and goods mentioned above in Federal Tenders Journal, National Dailies and Notice boards.
(ii) The Advertisement is NOT an invitation to tender
(iii) Note that the bid documents would be evaluated on responsiveness to criteria including but not limited to: Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Company’s Audited Accounts for 3 years, Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) , Compliance Certificate from Pension Commission (PENCOM), Compliance Certificate from Industrial Training Fund (ITF), Compliance Certificate from Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSTIF), Interim Registration Report (IRR) in the Bureau for Public Procurement (BPP) national Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers.
Documents submitted may be subjected to due diligence without recourse to bidders.
(iv) The Benue State Polytechnic. Ugbokolo reserves the right to invoke the provision of Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007 on matters regarding these procurements without incurring any liability to the bidder
