The Operations Strategy Team delivers end-to-end strategic and project management capabilities to assist operating units with improving processes and ways of working for more efficient operations. The team is seeking a Program Manager to lead projects devoted to improving performance and coordinating cross-divisional teams. In this position you will identify strategic levers to design processes that are sustainable and result in significant system level performance improvements. You will be expected to calibrate system level priorities while recognizing interdependencies across teams. The right candidate will have demonstrated experience managing projects, working through ambiguity, and leading resolution of conflicting interests towards a common goal. The role will partner with Ops Analytics and data science teams to drive insights and align projects and goals to impact key operational metrics.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with senior management to identify, define, and plan for the highest impact operational opportunities and challenges
• Help define, accelerate, track, and lead key cross functional initiatives and results while reporting on performance measures and effectiveness of implemented strategies, including crafting project plans and tracking progress across projects to keep roadmaps progressing on schedule
• Distill information, synthesize ambiguous problems, and develop structured analysis to tell a cohesive story for leaders across the organization
• Build trust and respect, establish relationships, and develop rapport with technical and non-technical team members
• Use strong interpersonal skills to engage team members, clients, and partners to communicate business expectations to the technical experts to facilitate desired outcomes
• Apply different techniques to facilitate meetings and workshops, building a common understanding of timelines and scope with project teams and leaders, and engage team-members
• Understand dependencies between projects and critical paths for development to support flexible business objectives
• Drive adoption and change management through close collaboration with operations teams
• Champion a culture of open and clear communication, transparency, and accountability

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
• Must be a highly motivated, self-directed, and creative problem solver with a record of solving complex business problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and able to manage change successfully in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to influence without authority and work in a matrix environment
• Experience in project management, engineering, finance, business, or related field required
