The Loyalty Products and Operations (LPO) team provides strategic guidance around product
development and drives operational excellence for products across Customer Engagement and Loyalty

The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset, strong technical acumen, and the ability to
partner with business and technology stakeholders throughout the organization.

This position will report directly to the Manager, Loyalty Products and Operations, based at Delta’s
Global Headquarters in Atlanta.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as a leader for the advancement of SkyMiles Program business technology, leading product roadmaps and development of business cases, scope, and requirements.
• Serve as the Product Owner of the Upgrade Management engine, which processes Delta’s seat upgrades.
• Draft epics, features, and user stories representing business requirements to drive Enterprise priorities forward.
• Partner with Upgrade Management IT to identify and deliver on opportunities to use technology and automation to improve operational processes and reduce manual activities as it relates to seat upgrades.
• Collaborate closely with cross-divisional partners – including Revenue Management, Loyalty IT, Digital, Reservations, Marketing, and Sales – on product development to enhance service delivery across Loyalty
