SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure communication with, and among, team members related to all patient care information and processes.
• Responsible for front desk “reception” duties
• Responsible for clerical tasks related to patient care processes with an awareness of regulations and policies.
• Responsible for coordinating the general needs of the office, ordering of supplies, maintaining office equipment, preparing for meetings including audio/visual equipment.
• Responsible for audit and reporting on scanned EMR documents
• Supervise and train office volunteers assisting at reception desk.
• Provides input for semi-annual review of the Delta Processes Handbook as related to position responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in general computer usage, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• Demonstrated expertise and knowledge of medical records system
• Good secretarial and organizational skills
• Good relational skills on a personal level and on the telephone
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skillsValid Colorado driver’s license and unlimited access to reliable transportation
• Effectively communicate with others, both written and verbal
PAY & BENEFITS
• $15.20-$19.00/Hour
