Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing multiple employees at a time.
• Opening and
closing registers for employees.
• Assigning duties
to employees as needed to ensure smooth F&B operations.
• Training new
employees on F&B operations.
• Providing
employees with recognition and feedback throughout shifts.
• Resolving
customer requests and other issues that arise during shifts.
• Taking and
serving customer orders.
• Assisting other
employees when help is needed.
• Communicating
with other supervisors to facilitate smooth shift transitions.
• Cleaning and
maintaining equipment.
Requirements:
• Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in food service.
• Familiarity with
food service POS systems.
• Proven track record of
providing exceptional customer service.
• Good communication
skills.
• Willingness to
be a team player.
• Commitment to
following food safety protocols.
