GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE FOR TETFUND INTERVENTION PROJECTS
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
The Sule Lamido University Kafin Hausa, Jigawa State hereby issues this General Procurement Notice to inform eligible Contractors and the General Public that the University is to undertake some procurement in respect of its:
2019/2020 Merged TETFUND ICT Support Interventions.
2021 TETFund Zonal Intervention for the procurement of Laboratory Equipment
Interested and eligible Firms are to lookout for the Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) for the Procurement in Federal Tenders Journal, National Dailies and Notice Boards.
THIS ADVERT IS NOT AN INVITATION TO TENDER
(2.0) REQUIREMENTS
Bids document would be evaluated on criteria, which includes but not limited to:
(i) Certificate of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC),
(ii) Evidence of Tax Clearance for the last three (3) years i.e. 2019, 2020 and 2021.
(iii) Updated Pension Fund (PENCOM) Compliance Certificate.
(iv) Updated evidence of compliance with the National Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF).
(v) Updated evidence of compliance with ITF Amended Act 2011.
(vi) Updated evidence of Registration with the BPP.
(vii) Company’s Audited Account for the last 3 years.
(viii) Evidence of compliance with the Financial Reporting Council.
(ix) Court Affidavit indicating that the Company is not under any receivership or Bankrupt.
(x) Bid Security of 2% of the tender sum if quoted price is N100 million or above.
(xi) Verifiable evidence of relevant experience for three (3) years in similar jobs in the last five (5) years.
Company profile with CV of Key Professionals including photocopies of relevant academic and Professional qualification with authentication of availability and Contact Phone numbers (evidence of registration with relevant regulatory Professional bodies) CPN and NITDA ARCON, COREN, CORBON and QSRBN as the case may be.
The Sule Lamido University Kafin Hausa, Jigawa State reserves the right to annul the Procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities in accordance with Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act 2007
