Main Purpose of Job
Driving Personal Care growth agenda across Nigeria, which is considered as one of the top 5 Global Emerging markets for Kimberly-Clark.
Main Responsibilities
• Key stakeholder within the Nigeria Leadership Team, representing top 5 global emerging markets. Inspires & leads cross functional team for execution of commercial strategy.
• Collaborates with distributor management & distributor sales force for business development & commercial strategy deployment at channel, customer level
• Develops tools for best in-class DPSM execution
• Manages E2E gross-to-net budgeting & deployment
• Drive accountability & ensures systemic controls with third party suppliers
• Ensures relationships are managed successfully with KC third party partners, suppliers and customers
• Ensures KCC compliance with all corporate financial and internal controls and all laws, protecting Nigerian assets, patents, trademarks, business plans, brand names and confidential information
Required Qualifications / Experience
The position requires tertiary qualification (commercial base essential), a minimum of 10 years experience, 3 at a senior level within business development, sales & trade marketing. Proven track record in results delivery and people leadership.
