Department – International Market
Designation – Country Manager / Area Manager / BDE
Job Location – Niger
Industry:- Pharmaceuticals
Roles and Responsibilities
• Recruitment
• Complete ownership of the P&L for the assigned country(s)
• Overall responsibility of business units operations.
• Initiate and monitor performance by way of internal audits; so as to improve the existing processes.
• Innovating new systems for optimum Centre functions.
• Responsible for developing teams skills and productivity.
• Responsible for setting up new business units in the country as per the agreed expansion plan and within budgets.
• Ensuring standards for Quality, Customer Service and Health & Safety are maintained.
• To oversee evaluation and management of clinical practices within the Centers.
• Abide by policies, procedures and laws to ensure that the best interests of the organization are kept in mind while providing quality health care.
• Participate in administrative decision making and the development of policies and procedures related to Sales & Marketing of the region entrusted.
• Respond to and participate in federal, state, local and other external surveys and inspections relating to clinical and medical care.
• Recommend new product launches for the company
• Establish & achieve quantifiable objectives for the given financial year
• Training & Development, periodic performance appraisal & feedback to local field & office employees
• Co-ordinate with C/F or Distribution on a regular basis & ensure the availability of saleable product stocks in optimum quantities for smooth functions of sales process
• Sales forecasting, Demand planning will be a part of job on a quarterly basis
• Budgeting & targeting exercise has to be alone before the beginning of every F.Y
• Co-ordinate with Distributor for logistics handling & follow up for new orders & payments
Desired Candidate Profile
a. Minimum 5 to 10yrs of experience as a country Manager / Area Manager / BDE in reputed pharma company
b. Fluent in French (written & spoken)
c. Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)
d. Leadership skills
e. Conflict Management
f. Negotiation skills
g. Follow through ability
h. Team Player
