Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above, CET-4 or above, major in Petrochemical or related subject is preferred; below 45 years old (can be negotiable if rich experience is proved), non-criminal record, physically healthy, capable to work diligently with hardship;
2. Experienced in oil and gas Transportation management, being familiar with the transportation methods;
3. Good sense of responsibility, careful and cautious, with good capability of team organization and coordination; no criminal record at all;
4. Work capability meets the above mentioned Job Responsibility requirement.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Abide by the confidentiality regulation of the company, and ensure the metering data not released;
2. Be responsible to compile relevant rules and datasheets on oil extraction;
3. Be responsible to confirm the oil tanker transportation plan, and coordinate the oil extraction details with relevant parties;
4. Be responsible to supervise the verify documents such as the commercial metering data and reports;
5. Be responsible to supervise and guide the crude oil metering activities in PS01 and PS09 stations, which includes crude oil tank scale measuring, flow metering data record and confirmation, to ensure the metering correctness and metering procedure in compliance with requirement of relevant laws and regulations;
6. Be responsible to organize and conduct the inspection work on metering equipment;
7. Be responsible to monitor the work of metering equipment maintenance and repairing;
8. Be responsible to compile documents for crude oil metering management, operation manual, work procedures etc.;
9. Be responsible to check all the metering procedures, work method, documents and metering equipment that they are in compliance with the metering regulation of the country and the company internal standards;
10.Be responsible to submit metering equipment procurement application form and identification service application form;
11. Be responsible to provide technical guidance to the crude oil analysis post or other metering related issues
