JOB SUMMARY
RequirementsCandidates should possess a B.Sc Degree (Minimum of Second Class Lower) in related field.Must have 1-3 years experience as a Direct Sales Executive or Marketing Associate in a Commercial Bank.Must be 30 years and below.Strong customer/client engagement skills.Good Problem-solving skills.Good Relationship management skills.Ability to network and prospect for new clients.Good dress sense.
RESPONSIBILITIES
ResponsibilitiesCustomer acquisition through sales of bank products.Cross-selling of company products and services.Participate in market storms, community fairs and cluster marketing events.Provide sales leads for Team Leads, Supervisors and Branch Managers.Ensure consistent high-quality service delivery.
