Qualifications • 5 years of experience supporting JD Edwards 9.0 and above. • Experience with ReportsNow • Experience providing end user support • Excellent analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills • Strong communication and documentation skills • Experience working with all levels of staff to define business and technical requirements as well as to perform system support • Strong desire to learn new technologies • Self-starter who is highly organized and learns quickly • Ability to work in a team environment • Experience with ReportsNow Experience and Bottomline Transform is a plus. • Provide on-call support and have flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree with substantial JDE industry experience
