Job Summary:
Paragon Tropicana Inc. (dba OYO Hotel & Casino Las Vegas) is searching for a Digital Marketing Manager. This new role will be responsible for growing the property's overall digital marketing strategy and online presence. Key duties include researching trends, collaborating on strategies, creating content for campaigns, and evaluating campaign success.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
• Implement key marketing strategies that drive measurable results
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to create various types of marketing materials (e.g., social media, email, print, taxi wraps, etc.)
• Manage the content that the business posts to social media
• Develop strategies that drive customers to the website and to the property
• Create paid campaigns on social media platforms
• Ensure consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms and strict adherence to all brand standards
• Create email blast campaigns to target key customers
• Use advanced metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns
• Keep up to date on the latest social media trends
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education is required. A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of two years of digital marketing and/or social media experience is required.
• Experience in a casino environment is required.
• Digital marketing and social media certifications, including analytics certifications, are preferred.
• Must be proficient in photo and video editing.
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
