• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Install and configure software applications
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on computer systems and peripherals
• Create and maintain documentation for IT systems and procedures
• Procure and deploy new hardware and software
• Configure and maintain virtualization technologies
• Participate in the design and implementation of new systems and technologies
• Manage and maintain Active Directory and Group Policy
• Manage and maintain Exchange and Office 365
Requirements To get started, you must have: - Security + certification - Be a high school graduate - Possess an active SECRET clearance Additional preferred skills,
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong technical knowledge of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and operating systems (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android)
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, LAN/WAN, and wireless technologies
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Experience managing Active Directory and Group Policy
• Experience managing Exchange and Office 365
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
