Are you a Therapist with experience helping consumers better manage anxiety and depression, using evidence-based approaches with strong focus on outcomes?

If so, we’d love to connect with you! We are Mental Health Cooperative (MHC), and we’re looking for a Therapist to join our team! This role is located in Crossville, TN at Plateau Pediatrics. You’ll leverage evidence based therapeutic framework, counsel consumers and patients both individually and in group sessions to help them overcome dependencies and make life changes. The schedule for this position is M-F 8a-4:30p.

To join our team, you’ll need:
• Ability to guide consumers in developing skills and strategies for dealing with their problems leveraging evidence-based modalities
• Strong relational skills to engage consumers that help them develop self-awareness and social awareness
• Clinical experience developing and implementing treatment plans
• Willingness to work with children and youth
• Master’s Degree (M.A. or M.S.) in the Mental Health Field

We’re especially looking for someone who’s:
• Highly collaborative and thrives working on a team
• Licensed to practice therapy in good standing in Tennessee (LPC, LCSW, LMSW (may be licensed eligible within one year)
• Diligent in tracking consumer’s progress and serves as an accountability partner
