At Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo), located in Richland, Washington, we are working to provide a sustainable future for the historic Hanford area through the protection of the Columbia River and the remediation of the Central Plateau.

This Human Resources Administrator position provides administrative support to the Human Capital Field Services team (Staffing/Recruiting, EEO, Field Support/Employee Relations).
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Support the staffing process and recruiting activities for both internal and external positions to include sourcing, screening, applicant correspondence, new hire onboarding, etc.
Support new hire employment contingencies, including background screens, education verifications, drug screening, and medical exams.
Maintain accurate records/files in addition to pertinent applicant data in PeopleSoft database to support Staffing and Equal Employment Opportunity tracking, reporting, and goals.
Assist with the preparation of company orientation for new employees.
Provide correspondence to applicants pertaining to position posting statuses.
Screen and distribute incoming email and inquiries with care and professionalism.
Assist the staffing team with career fair, outreach, and other staffing programs support.
Provide customer service to employees and managers at all levels and fielding issues to staff.
Run basic Crystal Reports.
Maintain and file hard copy and electronic records.
Scan/prepare permanent record documents for IDMS.
Schedule meetings and conference room coordination.
Support procedure updating and revising.
Process reproduction requests.
Process badge requests.
Coordinate ordering office supplies.
Organize and administer network share drives and Share Point.
Type correspondence.
Maintain Human Capital Field Services actions, schedules and deliverable dates.
Perform other administrative duties to support the Human Capital organization as needed.
Basic Qualifications US Citizen Grade 6:
High School plus 8 years of relevant experience.
Grade 7:
High School plus 10 years of relevant experience.
The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact.
The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.
Desired Qualifications Experience using PeopleSoft, PeopleCore, Crystal Reporting, IDMS, Share Point, and Microsoft Access.
Previous Human Resources and/or Labor Relations experience.
Experience handling sensitive information and record management.
Compensation & Benefits In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market.
CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.
Grade 6:
$50,825 - $64,075 Grade 7:
$56,000 - $70,600 In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
