Job Summary
The Line Cook works directly with the Lead Line Cook to prepare high quality food to order for guests in accordance with all established guidelines and procedures, whether working the broiler, pantry or line
Skills/Experience
Experience in a full service restaurant is desired, understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment. Knowledge of Health Code Regulations is required. Physically able to stand for long periods of time throughout shift. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule. Working weekends, any holidays, and all shifts including mornings and nights is a requirement of the position.
