One of Georgia's largest behavioral healthcare providers, Highland Rivers provides compassionate, professional treatment and recovery services to adults, children, families and veterans affected by mental health issues, substance abuse and addiction, and intellectual and developmental disabilities
Our purpose is to help every individual recover and live independent, successful and fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities include:
• Operate motor vehicles to transport individuals to and from various appointments.
• Maintain a high level of encouragement and respect to all individuals being transported. Safely assist individuals as needed in and out of vehicles.
• Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles and records mileage, gas, cleaning and oil usage. Maintain logs of vehicle use, routes and maintenance.
NOTE: A pre-employment drug screen, random drug screen, and state & federal criminal background investigation will be required of selected applicant.
Effective July 1, 2017 smoking or use of any tobacco products are prohibited on company premises.

Requirements:
Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma/ GED
• Previous experience in transporting.
• Valid Georgia drivers license. Must be at least 21 years of age and three years of driving experience.
• Experience in Mental Health/ Substance abuse preferred.
• Must be able to pass criminal background investigation, routine drug screens, and have a clean 7yr. motor vehicle report
