Three Rivers Park District is seeking to fill a Seasonal Art Gallery and Education Intern position at Silverwood Park in St. Anthony, MN. This position is responsible for, under direction, assisting staff in conducting programs that provide a comprehensive nature-inspired art education that will increase the public's awareness to more fully appreciate, enjoy, and utilize the natural environment and facilities of the Park District through the creation and/or appreciation of visual and performing art.

STARTING RANGE: $16.00/hour
SALARY RANGE: $10.59 - $21.04/hourA natural resources-based park system, Three Rivers Park District manages more than 27,000 acres of parks and trails in the Twin Cities area. All seasonal employees receive a free Recreation Activity Pass, providing access to discounted or complimentary Park District programs and services.Applications for internships will be considered from junior, senior or recent graduates from accredited colleges or universities. Applications will be accepted from individuals with a background in fields including, but not limited to, art, art education, parks and recreation administration, outdoor education, curriculum and instruction, experiential education, biological sciences and cultural history.
