Delivery Specialist/Driver (PC#250558)
Position Summary: Organizes and delivers durable instructional media, mail, monetary items, equipment, and supplies to and from a central distribution facility to and from school district and county office sites, complying with delivery schedules, and proper documentation of delivery activity. Assists in the warehousing and retrieval of supplies, materials and equipment
Application Deadline: Until Filled
Work Year: 12 months per year
Employee Type: Full-Time
Salary: $19.88 - $26.31 per hour in 9 annual steps.
Location: Purchasing/Warehouse
Hours: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance available for employees who work 4+ hours per day (Full district contribution for 6+ hours/day; 50% contribution for 4-5.99 hours/day).
Experience And Education
The position requires a High School diploma and two years of general warehouse and delivery experience.
Licenses and Certifications
Requires a valid Class C (may require a class B depending on equipment) Driver’s License. May require a forklift operator’s certificate.
