Great Rivers Greenway is seeking a Fund Development Manager to join our Foundation team!. You will work directly with the CEO and Major Gifts Vice President, external consultants and the campaign cabinet to execute the ambitious campaign plan for Brickline Greenway You will be an integral part of the team supporting a culture of accountability, responsiveness and pride. You will maintain primary responsibility for ensuring that excellent donor stewardship processes are in place and followed to maintain positive donor relations and accurate records. You maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
This role may require evening and weekend hours, with flexibility to reduce weekday hours to maintain a standard work week.

Job Responsibilities
Campaign:
• Working with staff and campaign consultants, utilize processes (including Raiser's Edge) to track strategy, task assignment and maintain timeliness related to prospects
• Provide support for the Campaign Cabinet meetings, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials and draft agendas, and providing follow up
• Research and identify prospects
• Maintain updated list of recognition opportunities and manage recognition process
• Participate in developing and delivering engagement opportunities and follow up with leadership volunteers and staff to implement campaign strategy
• Develop and maintain accurate records and reports of campaign progress to date
• Ensure completion and tracking of campaign commitment forms
• Plan and execute campaign cultivation/solicitation events
• Organize and monitor volunteer-led efforts
Donor Stewardship
• Oversee implementation of the annual fund strategy
• Ensure commitments are processed and acknowledged in a timely manner
• Working with finance staff, ensure each gift is credited appropriately, including noting ongoing pledge payments and reminders
• Conduct prospect research and participate in moves management activities, including generation of donor profiles and reports on cultivation, solicitation and stewardship activities
Supervision/Leadership
• Supervise Development Coordinator
• Contribute to a culture that supports values of accountability, responsiveness and pride, ensuring positive donor experiences.

• Personal commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
• Demonstrated management experience
Education and Experience:
• Five to Seven years of development experience including capital campaign leadership and supervision
• Bachelor's Degree
• Expertise with CRM software, preferably Raiser's Edge
• Non-profit experience preferred
