We are looking for non-average Product Designers who are interested in working remotely on contract. You will be joining forces with startups, making innovative ideas a reality while receiving freedom, flexibility, responsibility, self-ownership, and plenty of room for your impact.
To be a match you are an experienced Digital Designer who is keen to use your eye for design and product sense to make a difference. You are a self-initiator who thrives in fast-paced and creative environments with big ambitions. Someone who curiously wants to keep learning and develop further.
This opportunity involves short-term and/or long-term projects where you will be working remotely, freely, and often independently. Therefore it is crucial that you are a self-starter with a solid background in the Design field (preferably from a startup), who enjoys and delivers under the responsibility that comes with it.

You have solid experience in a few or all of the following
• Startups / Scaleups / Unicorns
• Working with multiple projects simultaneously
• Working cross-functionally
• Conducting user research
• Creating outstanding user experiences

• 3+ years experience in Product Design/UX/UI.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
