About the role
You will join our growing global service delivery team implementing our HRS-wide portfolio of products to hospitality-related companies in Senegal. The ideal candidate will be experienced, customer oriented, and passionate about digital transformation within the hospitality industry through innovative technologies and software.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Participation in support/implementation of solutions for hotels, restaurants, spas and fitness clubs across the region
· Handle customer cases, triage the inbound case load and reviewing the existing owned and escalated cases
· Ensure familiarity with new product releases as they become available
· Liaise with subject matter experts on client requests for enhancements and development
· Work with the support/implementation teams to ensure service level requirements are exceeded
· Conduct user training
· Perform other duties as requested or as deemed appropriate by management
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in the support or installation & configuration of Hospitality PMS OR POS products, together with the associated customer training.
· Experience of working with competitive hospitality products including PMS and/or Spa systems; management experience in the hospitality industry is desirable.
· Good interpersonal skills with both customers and cross-functional teams.
· Free to travel extensively and for extended periods of time.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
· Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
