Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Manager 1 for SSM Health, St Louis University Hospital located in St. Louis, Missouri
With eight hospitals, nearly 2,500 staff physicians and 11,500 employees, SSM Health St. Louis is committed to serving the comprehensive health needs of St. Louis area residents. • have HR Generalist experience;
• have experience with SharePoint, Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• demonstrate strong attention to detail;
• work as a team player and can work independently; and/or
• demonstrate the initiative to seek solutions, resolve issues and have a hunger to grow and develop in this role.

• fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and SharePoint;
• detailed oriented, flexible, and have ability to manage multiple priorities; and/or
• have excellent organization, communication and project management skills.

What We Offer

Position Summary
Handles basic human resource functions and administration for a single account/unit. May include payroll, benefits, training, employee relations, recruiting, safety, etc. Position focuses on hourly workforce.
