World Vision International is a child-focused and community-based, relief, and development agency. World Vision Somaliland Program in the Resilience and Livelihood sector is currently implementing a project named (Reversing Land Degradation in Africa by Scaling-up Evergreen Agriculture – Regreening Africa) funded by the EU. Project Overall Objectives is to improve livelihoods, food security, and resilience to climate change by smallholder farmers in Somaliland and restore ecosystem services, particularly through evergreen agriculture.

World Vision Somaliland is implementing a project named Burco livestock restocking gift catalogue project, the project activities includes Goats Restocking. Thus, Word vision invites pre-qualified and reputable local Suppliers with proven experience of Goats supply, for the purchase of 1,800 Female productive- healthy goats to support 300 vulnerable households and will be distributed with 6 goats per HH of pastoral and agro-pastoral communities in Boodhley, Kaladhac, Bali Cambaro, Masalaha gorod, Bali samatar and Godorka villages of Togdheer region. Therefore, to tender for the supply of Female goats, the conditions and technical requirements is stated in this invitation at Annex 1:
Important note:
Offers transmitted in any other manner than those indicated above will not be considered.
Your offer should clearly indicate:
• Unit price as per the Request for Quotation (RFQ) in Annex II.
• Offer Price should be net after deduction. Applicable Taxes must be clearly stipulated and separated from the base costs.
• Validity of the offer.
• Delivery time.
• Currency of offer should preferably be in US Dollars, but in case local currency is offered, the comparison of offers will be based on the prevailing rate of exchange.
• World Vision reserves the right to accept the whole or part of your offer.
• World Vision Somaliland reserves the right to accept or reject any application (bid), and is not bound to give reasons for its decisions. Canvassing or giving false information will lead to automatic disqualification.

How to apply
Completed tender documents (Mandatory Requirement along with the Quote) in sealed envelope clearly marked with the title Supply of (Tender of procurement 1,800 Female Goats) and must be deposited in the tender box located at WVS Hargeisa Office before the closing/deadline date and recorded in the attendance sheet.
