Opportunity
Are you someone who enjoys the serene and rejuvenating work environment of a day spa? Do you thrive on ensuring all guests have a five-star customer service experience? Join the wellness team at the Kohler Waters Spa, where your hard work ethic and excellent customer service skills are appreciated and recognized.
As a Spa Attendant you will:
• Support the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment.
• Attend to food and beverage services and spa guest and member needs.
• Acquire an excellent working knowledge of all positions, services, products, operations, systems, and procedures within the spa/salon.
• Possess knowledge of the Kohler resort and surrounding Village of Kohler.
• Work with all other spa associates to ensure client comfort and satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who has weekday and weekend availability. Shifts range from 8:00am-9:00pm.
Skills/Requirements
• Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
• Customer service-related experience preferred.
• Able to stand for 5+ hours at time.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
