Sila Services is hiring a Regional Recruiter for our Boston MA Region to join our growing team.

As a Regional Recruiter you are our first impression, providing a great brand experience to our candidates. We are looking for an individual who has a positive attitude, motivated, will take direction and follow through, and work both independently and on a team. The ideal Recruiter will be stationed at one of our Boston offices and have responsibility for the recruitment and hiring processes for the current brands (5) in the region, working closely with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team based out of King of Prussia, PA (remotely).

Responsibilities of a Regional Recruiter:
• Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, screen/interview candidates, and select top candidates for positions.
• Serve as a company ambassador in the job marketplace by supporting and promoting the company's culture and brand to effectively attract top talent through social media channels, job boards, trade school visits, and attending local job fair events.
• Utilize effective sourcing and talent acquisition strategies that attract qualified candidates.
• Create and maintain all job postings internally and externally, accurately reflecting the culture of Sila Services and our family of companies.
• Proactively search on traditional and non-traditional data sources such as job boards, social media, internal databases, search engines, and referrals.
• Manage employment events, such as career fairs and open houses
• Facilitate and administer the full process of new hire on-boarding
• Actively support & promote benefits programs and team member engagement through company platforms and events in their region
• May assist or act as the liaison to Corporate HR for some employee relations issues for the Boston Region.
• Other job-related duties as requested by supervisor

Required
• Minimum of 3 years' recruiting experience
• General grasp of Labor Laws and understanding of HR functions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective negotiating skills
• Self-motivated and high attention to detail
• Familiarity with online job board/ websites
• Exceptional organization and time-management skills
• Career-oriented with a desire for professional development

Preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with blue collar trade recruitment (i.e., HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, etc)
