We are seeking a highly motivated ScrumMaster to join our team in Seattle. While an element of this role may be done remotely, this person will be required to be on client site in Seattle a few times each week currently and candidates must live within a commutable distance to Seattle office. Additional on-site requirements are a possibility in the future.

As an Scrummaster, you will act as an Agile enthusiast and will promote and advocate for Agile development while pulling from the best practices of other methodologies to run the project effectively. You will manage large, complex integrated projects, integrated schedules and implement program management frameworks and will help to build best practices for the organization as the project teams move to a more Agile mentality.

This is an opportunity to apply and develop your expertise by directing initiatives that require the integration of multiple enterprise systems and leading multifunctional, multicultural, and dispersed project teams. You will facilitate and coordinate actions and requirements between business and technical teams, and will participate in the end-to-end lifecycle of an application following both waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies.

Client Management
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestone schedules, project estimates, and resource plans
• Ensure deliverables are aligned to stakeholder expectations
• Compile statistics and reports to document progress
• Identify risks in project schedules and communicate them to stakeholders

Team Leadership
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and develop detailed project schedules, and compile statistics and reports to summarize progress of project
• Manage parallel work streams to make sure projects stay in scope, are delivered on time and within budget
• Coach and mentor the organization to facilitate adoption of Agile principles as needed

Problem Solving
• Demonstrate resourcefulness, initiative and creativity in solving unexpected issues that may arise during a project
• Identify and manage issues that may impact project quality and timeliness
• Make informed tradeoffs that reflect the highest priority needs of the customer
• Embraces, models, and fosters a culture of lean thinking

Requirements
• 2-7 years minimum of formal project management work experience
• Applied experience with, and "fluent" in multiple system development life-cycle methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid
• Strong history of running Agile projects or within an Agile project team
• Ability to approach Agile adoption with patience and pragmatism and the flexibility to use another methodology or pivot as needed
• Ability to be an advocate for and influence the agile transition
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects of differing size and complexity
• Strong analytical skills (Ability to actively listen and proactively question)
• Ability to manage and motivate resources in a matrix environment
• Intellectually curious, self-driven, highly motivated and productive, able to work on multiple projects in parallel
• Ability to think independently and take initiative with minimal direction or supervision
• Strong customer interaction skills
• Must be an excellent facilitator and leader with the ability to influence at all levels
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience leading scaled Agile (SAFe) IT initiatives is highly desired
