As the Access Management Business Analyst, you will be the subject matter expert for applications moving to the cloud and other environments. Your role is essential in streamlining and simplifying provisioning practices.

Using your knowledge around operating systems, browsers, and the Product Managers vision you will provide expert advice and guidance to application stakeholders. You’ll manage expectations and articulate business & functional requirements to ensure that applications are moving into the correct environment, are ready to be moved and configuration, IT, and security needs are addressed to ensure the application will work as desired once it is moved. Along the way you’ll be improving the business experience for application owners to allow for a successful deployment to the cloud and you will help teams avoid costly and unnecessary development dollars.
• While this position is currently hybrid, there is a requirement to be on client site a few times each week currently at our client's Seattle office and likely more in the future.

• Technically adept, scrappy, and self-motivated
• You have a knack for troubleshooting
• You love tinkering with software settings and browsers to get them to work, testing solutions to make them perform as they should
• You have a customer centric attitude; above all you love seeing the people you support be successful
• Aren’t afraid to walk down the hall and talk to someone you’ve never met or pick up the phone and introduce yourself
• Able to liaison between lines of business and the development team, while working and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
• Have a strong ownership mentality; you don’t need hand holding
• Are an innovative problem solver; you aren’t scared to jump in and figure something out
• Love the entire BA process from gathering requirements, interacting with users, recommending improvements
• Bonus if you are curious about Access Management

Your Skills:
• Adept at recognizing problems; gathering, analyzing and evaluating data and information in order to reason logically; draw valid conclusions; take appropriate actions and/or make appropriate recommendations
• Skilled at developing and enforcing standards, procedures, and methodologies that keep business systems operating on schedule
• Experienced at performing testing of solutions, recommending improvements, and supporting deployment of changes
• Technical savvy around systems and browsers
• Bonus if you understandhow access management works
• Bachelor's degree in System’s Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting business analysis for software development projects, developing real-world scaled solutions
