Business Development Manager - West Coast

Job description

Do you have the right mix of skills that customers value in the sales interaction? Do you strive to take on new challenges and take pride in representing a brand name that is known worldwide? If you are, you will fit right in at Wohler USA.

We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to join our sales team. As a Business Development Manager you will sell, promote and demonstrate all divisions of Wohler products on the West Coast Region of the USA.

You will communicate our value proposition, and engage the end-customer in jointly addressing their business priorities. The ability to define and implement sales plans, track economic drivers and industry activity, and understand the implications on customers’ business, including new business opportunities, is crucial for success in this position.

Requirements
• BS degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or other relevant disciplines. Similar product lines and distribution channel experience a plus.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales into various distribution channels
• Ability to travel up to 30% or as business needs require
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills
• HVAC, Plumbing or Tool industry experience in sales or related field
• Experience with B2B distribution channels
• Oral, written communication, and presentation skills
• Strong planning and presentation skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A proven track record and successful history of achieving goals and sales targets
