Job Overview
We are looking for a talented, qualified and reliable Logistics and Fleet Coordinator to join our team!
You will be responsible for the overall supply chain management. All supply chain management duties include selecting carriers, researching shipping methods, assessing budgets, and organizing storage. Your responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail in order to oversee daily operations and logistics employees. In addition to having excellent organizational skills, you should also possess in-depth knowledge of logistics and inventory systems.

We provide a modern supply chain management platform and embedded inventory financing for micro distributors of FMCGs.
Your Responsibilities
• Make sure that there are enough POS devices in stock to meet all current and future requirements by scheduling and forecasting according to the sales pipeline.
• Keep track of where POS devices are located and update the device MDM accordingly.
• Keep a clear record of POS device's whereabouts from shipment stage to allocation to end-users including clients and internally.
• Add all devices in storage according to the MDM in the Ramani SFA fleet and change fleet whenever necessary.
• Sourcing and making sure there are enough sim cards to be used in POS devices and communicating on time to line managers when there is a shortage.
• Setting up POS devices as required by the onboarding and training team which includes fully charging them, adding an activated sim card to each device, making sure an activity is posted online and offline, and adding a screen protector and supporting string on each of them.
• Keeping a good record of setting up POS devices handed over to the onboarding and training manager whenever required for onboarding and training of new clients.
Qualifications
Essential requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.
• A proven working experience as a Logistics Coordinator with minimum of 2 years’ experience
• In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry
• Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management
