Los Angeles, CA - RemotePosition Summary:Provides deep understanding of the Mara Water Vapor Ablation System and develops effective strategies and tactics to grow new business in assigned territory. Prospects and lands opportunities for selling Mara into ASC and OR settings in assigned territory. Top tier sales representative position for CooperSurgical representing Mara Vapor Ablation System, a capital equipment console with a disposable probe component. This technology is primarily utilized in an acute care setting, either in the operating room, outpatient surgery center or ambulatory surgery center. It requires exceptional negotiating skills both at the clinical and executive suite levels.You Will:Ability to learn critical abnormal uterine bleeding pathway and technical components of the Mara Vapor Ablations system. This includes clinically supporting the procedure at all stages of the procedure. Specifically, the technical support of the procedure utilizing this new, complex capital equipment component. Act as subject matter expert for Mara technology.Initiate Mara market strategy – including complex capital pricing strategy, that includes a committed disposable commitment.Drive the Market Access & Market Growth strategy – Outlining reimbursement details to the end users, both in the hospital and office settings.Manage a large geographical and diverse territory, that will include acute care settings, specifically ambulatory surgery centers, outpatient surgery and operating rooms. This will be both university and major private/public facilities.Prospect and land opportunities to sell Mara products into Facility Office / Clinic settings within their assigned territory. Expert utilization of D365 CRM system for proper opportunity targeting and execution.Create, document, and implement business strategy for outlining of new product market development.Forecasting qualified sales pipeline and order bookings to allow company to accurately forecast revenues.Manage to top and bottom-line budget expectations.Work with DBU Territory Manager counterpart (s) to outline Mara lead opportunities and for considering office utilization of the Mara technology.Responsible for working closely with other sales teams in the company to support corporate priorities and develop growth strategies for the Medical Device business.Work across territories and the organization to ensure that the company’s overall strategic planning and budgeting is informed by regional market strategies and insights.Lead regular, small, and large group presentation reviews of the Mara technology.Clinically train physicians and staff on use of Mara technology, including case coverage and handling of customer questions.Performs additional duties or assignments as directed by management.You Have:Education/Experience:· Bachelor’s degree is required· Minimum of 7 – 10 years of medical device sales experience in the operating room, and preferred in the women’s healthcare space· Experience in new technology, market development introduction would be ideal· Large geographical territory management experience· Negotiating complex capital equipment contracting with clinical and executive call pointsPractical Skills:Exceptional selling skills with the ability to develop new market opportunities across a large geographical area.
