Look no further...We are partnered with one of the world's leading shipping behemoths to find them a Senior Azure-focused Data Analyst Engineer. The position is based in Jersey but open to remote - EAST COAST hours locations only.With over 30,000 employees, $60bn+ in revenue, and over $3bn in annual profit, this company is responsible for almost 20% of the goods shipped internationally every year. As you can imagine, their cloud infrastructure is highly scalable and secure, and we need someone to help keep it that way as the company inevitably sails through this recession (excuse the pun).What You'll Bring: Analyze and translate business requirements into technology solutions Perform data analysis - create and execute complex queries, interpret results, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences Create and manage visualizations and analytics reports that turn data into knowledge for users Develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and other BI solutions (Tableau, etc) Partner with leadership and Azure subject matter experts to determine project requirements Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, and user manuals Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data setsWhat You'll Bring: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or other analytical discipline or equivalent experience 4+ years experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise analytical applications Solid experience analyzing data sets over 1M+ rows using qualitative and quantitative methods 2+ years of experience visualizing complex dashboards using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI Ability to write, analyze, and debug complex SQL queries Proficiency with Azure services like Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks and PowerBI - preferred Experience working with an enterprise database management system (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) Expert or professional-level Azure certifications are a plusOn Offer:Base salary $120-125k + 10% bonusGreat benefits and a secure roleHybrid in NJ or full remoteNO VISA TRANSFERS OR SPONSORSHIPS - Please do not apply if you need this.NO C2C - Please do not waste time applying if you are seeking a contract
