We are looking for a corporate lawyer in a dynamically developing international trading company "AGS Trading" with an expert geography in more than 20 countries.
"AGS Trading" is an international export company that exports agricultural products around the world.
We are looking for a corporate lawyer with 5 years of experience in the role of a lawyer in the export of agricultural products.
We offer part-time employment for this vacancy.
Responsibilities:
• Checking counterparties
• Contract verification
• corporate work
• Legal advice on trade in agricultural products
• Claim work with contractors
• Solving problem cases
Requirements:
• Higher legal education
• Work experience – at least 5 years as a lawyer in the field of export of agricultural products
• Fluency in English (at level C1)
