MARA is looking for a Production Assistant Manager to report to our Founder and facilitate communication between our production team, warehouse team, sales team, manufactuers and retailers to promote and maintain healthy inventory and an efficient supply chain. Candidates must be extremely detail oriented, organized and work well in a fast paced environment. Proficiency with Google Sheets is required.
Other responsiblities:
• Work with MARA suppliers to ensure production deadlines
• Help source and secure new components and raw materials for MARA formulas
• Work directly with MARA warehouse on all B2B and B2C shipments (finished goods and incoming production deliveries to warehouse)
• Coordinate and track transportation to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments (components, wholesale orders, and raw materials)
• Review purchase orders with sales team to maintain inventory
• Review shipping documents to ensure accuracy
• Make special shipping arrangements as necessary
• Track and fix shipping errors
• Manage production, distribution and shipment budgets
• Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
• Develop processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Education:
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
