We are seeking a Loan Processing Coordinator who is energetic, self-motivated and goal-oriented team player to join the high-performing Home & Lifestyle Lending Team of Farm Credit of Northwest Florida. This department serves those who choose to live and play in the country and need financing for lots, homes and agricultural/timberland/hunting land across the 18 counties in Northwest Florida.
Initial primary duties will include but are not limited to:
• Providing timely, accurate loan packaging and administrative support (preparing and sending initial disclosures and change of circumstance forms) to Home Mortgage Loan Originators;
• Ordering appraisals;
• Requesting, following up, gathering and reviewing pending financial and loan related information for submission to portfolio underwriters and Secondary Mortgage Market investors as well as the Document Preparation Department.;
• Organizing and uploading complete and accurate loan package in required order and system locations according to policy;
• Providing an outstanding customer experience while always communicating in a professional and friendly manner.
Candidate must be reliable, versatile, organized, deadline oriented, self-aware, fast but accurate, technology-oriented, accept direction, be an early adopter of change and be coachable.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience with Fannie Mae, working in various systems such as BytePro, Encompass, CRM, nCino (Bizagi) and/or Desktop Underwriter as well as having knowledge related to real estate, home lending and/or the construction industry.
Salary is commensurate with experience and up to 9% employer contribution to your 401K as part of a full benefit package. Proficient in English and Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
