Introduction
We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join our team. This is a fixed term contract of 6 months with the opportunity to be employed permanently.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Meet month-to-month sales target in New, Used and Rental
• Sustain and grow machine sales and rental hours within allocated territories/ customer base
• Effective territory management.
• Accurately and efficiently deal with sales administrative tasks
• Effective self-management and performance ownership
• Manage all aspects of sales process
Desired Experience & Qualification
• B.Tech Sales/Marketing Diploma or equivalent
• Grade 12
• Develop good customer relationships
• Proficiency (spoken and written) in Mandarin, prerequisite and have a sound knowledge of the Chinese culture and business practices
• Business development skills and knowledge
• Sound business strong communication and presentation skills
• Process compliance orientation
• Knowledge of CAT product line including accessories and work tools
• Sound knowledge of CAT equipment and industry
• Knowledge of sales Logix;
• Knowledge of MS office
• Facilitation skills
• Relations development skills
• Financial acumen
• Business planning and development skills
• Technical Knowledge
